Voucher Terms and Conditions
* Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
* Special offers have a defined period in which they must be used and will be noted on the offer itself along with any other specific conditions.
* Gift vouchers and special offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
* All gift vouchers have a unique barcode and can only be redeemed once by the holder.
* The special offer we provide to you is only redeemable in respect of the goods as advertised on our website.
* Special offers can’t be combined with other offers or promotions unless specified by Francesca's Italian Kitchen.
* Gift vouchers and special offers are your sole responsibility. Francesca's Italian Kitchen will not be responsible for damaged, lost or stolen gift vouchers and special offers.
* All purchases of gift vouchers and special offers are billed in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST.
* Gift vouchers and special offers and not permitted for public resale but can be gifted by the purchasers to another person. However if there is a problem redeeming it then the purchaser will be the only one eligible to claim a refund.
